The Crosby Group acquired Airpes, a Spanish manufacturer that provides customers in the wind energy and industrial markets with lifting, handling and weighing solutions, such as Yoke blade clamps.

Airpes will join Crosby BlokCam, Crosby Straightpoint and Verton as part of The Crosby Group's technology solutions portfolio.

Now part of The Crosby Group, Airpes will enter the market under the Crosby Airpes brand.

He added that the acquisition expands the lifting, rigging, investment portfolio and safety of the renewable energy market, and extends its employee ownership program to all Airpes employees.
