ProservCrane Electronics has added a new interactive tool to its online store, which will allow end users and ProservCrane parts experts to identify bridge cranes and crane parts more quickly and easily.

"We almost add all supplier manuals, catalogs and brochures to the site under the "Resources" tab, and we also added a new tool called "Interactive Part Decomposition", said Brad Wilson of the ProservCrane Group.

"This new feature includes Budgit and Shaw-Box hoist diagrams, which users can pull up and easily click on a number that will show the part number and description they are searching for. Customers can then add the part to the shopping cart And request a quote. This new tool will help our customers and our parts experts to identify bridge cranes and crane parts easier and faster than ever before." Brad said.

ProservCrane electronic equipment is located on the http://parts.proservcrane.com website and sells more than 10,000 crane parts, suitable for almost all brands of bridge cranes or cranes. Most parts are in stock, can be shipped within 1 to 2 days, and most items are shipped free of charge.

This website stocks crane brands such as ACCO, Budgit, CM, Chester, Coffee, Detroit, Magnatek, Shaw-Box, Stahl, R&M and Yale. In addition, there are component brands such as Baldor, Cutler-Hammer, Dings, Duct-o-Wire, Electromotive, Insul-8, Saf-T-Bar, Square D, and Telemecanique.

"No matter how old or which crane manufacturer, if we don’t have parts in stock, our machining shop can probably copy it. Not every crane company has our ability to serve customers. We think this online store is a A good opportunity to help our customers and develop our parts business." Wilson said.

ProservCrane Group has production bases in Houston, Irvine, and Salt Lake City, and field offices in San Antonio and Phoenix. It produces approximately 800 cranes each year, mainly for the oil and gas industry.

There is also an on-site mechanical workshop, Greenspoint Machine Works, located in the Houston plant, which can produce discontinued or customized cranes and crane parts.

"We want to be a one-stop service point for all your material handling needs." Wilson added.
