The Los Angeles Rams now have the difficult task of defending their Super Bowl title.
It won’t be easy because they now have a target on their back.
But the passion for achieving back-to-back championships can cause emotions to boil over.
Such is the case of three-time Defensive Player of the Year Aaron Donald, who couldn’t control his angst during a joint practice with the Cincinnati Bengals.
Ironically, the Rams defeated the Bengals in Super Bowl LVI.
However, it’s now 2022, and the narrative is different.
Everyone starts on a clean slate, and past achievements do not matter.
To say the least, tensions boiled over to force a brawl.
However, Donald took the extra mile by using the Bengals’ helmets to hit them.

He said this in response to NFL insider Dov Kleiman’s tweet, “#Rams Aaron Donald used a #Bengals helmet to hit Cincy players after a fight broke out at joint practice.”
While it’s unclear how the fight broke out, it’s surprising that Donald could find those helmets quickly.
This action will correspond to sanctions, including the possibility for Donald to sit out some games.
The Bengals might have done something that caused Donald to tip over.
However, paying attention to the hecklers will not help their cause.
The Rams have a solid chance of hoisting the Vince Lombardi Trophy in Super Bowl LVII by bringing everyone back.
Adding Allen Robinson and Bobby Wagner to a loaded roster should also boost their chances, barring any injury.
The Rams will kick off the 2022 NFL season on September 8 against the Buffalo Bills.
