Kirchen, Germany — DELLNER BUBENZER Group announced the acquisition of Frimatrail Frenoplast SA, a Polish company that has 30 years of experience and continuous R&D activities as a manufacturer of friction materials for rail vehicles.

The new company will operate under the name DELLNER Frimatrail Frenoplast SA, and the immediate focus will be on business as usual, supporting customers and integrating employees into the group.
